ISOAR #14, Kofie Graffiti. I can’t tell you how amazing some graffiti artists are.  Many of them have created styles that the most educated art student can’t even comprehend.  Kofie One is one of those graffiti artists.  I just came across his work and I’m blown away.  The depth, geometry, color, composition are all truly unique and the fact that he’s a fan of architecture shows up in his work.  It helps that I’m an architect because the lines, compositions and colors are music to my eyes.  I saw that he’s influenced by Lebbeus Woods, who is a theoretician, architectural professor at Cooper Union in NYC and a wizard with graphics.  Woods is someone that has greatly influenced me and I have researched for my graffiti/architecture project that I have been working on for some time.

Kofie is one artist that I would want to do a piece in projects that I work on or my living room.
