Why Ronin?

Ronin, a Japanese noun, represents a wandering samurai or a warrior without a master and was considered shameful. Ronin (samurai), made a decision to wander and help where they were needed and defy tradition. This symbol of integrity and strength is important enough to me to make it represent my work. I tweaked the kanji to make it my own and I have it tattooed on my shoulder.

Why Ronin? Because I want my work to stand for itself. I have no interest in becoming famous. Being able to do what I love is what I really strive for and time is all that I need.
